- No. Denver Sewer and Water is a private, family owned and operated company. We are not Denver Water or the City and County of Denver. We are a licensed and insured underground line contractor hired directly by property owners. We cannot take payments on a municipal water bill or manage a city utility account. - Should a sewer line be repaired or replaced?
- It depends on the condition of the pipe. A single break, an isolated root intrusion, or one bad section can often be repaired. Widespread cracking, collapse, repeated backups, or a line that has lost grade along its length usually points to replacement. - What is the difference between trenchless and open cut work?
- Trenchless work rehabilitates or replaces a line through access points rather than excavating the full run, which preserves more of the yard, driveway, and landscaping.
